Purpose of the “Armtel-Info” Emergency Alert System (HSAS):
The “Armtel-Info” Emergency Alert System (HSAS) is designed to deliver alert signals and emergency voice information about hazards to the population at municipal and facility levels of the Unified State System of Emergency Prevention and Response (RSChS) and Civil Defense (GO) in the event of threats or occurrences of natural and man-made emergencies.

- TCP/IP packet-switched digital network (Ethernet);
- Analog wired channels;
- ISDN digital channels, U0 interface;
- Dry contact interface;
- Two-way exchange of voice messages, including multi-party conference mode with recording capability;
- Remote control of end-user alert devices;
- Displaying the location and status of “Armtel-Info” end-user alert devices on electronic maps;
- Monitoring and visualization of the status of alert technical systems;
- Monitoring the operability of communication channels;
- Real-time monitoring and visualization of the alert process;
- Monitoring the operability of the communication network (channels) and the “Info-UKB” launch, control, and monitoring devices in standby mode without activating end-user alert devices;
- Integration with monitoring systems (sensors) for natural and man-made hazards, enabling automated and automatic activation of end-user alert devices.
Integration:
- Hardware and software integration with SGS-22 VAU;
- Software-level integration when using P-161 M RMM-8 BS in accordance with Section 4.1 of the Reference Manual.
